If you have received an error while trying to login to your account for the V1 Analysis program please try the following:
Internet Explorer Users:
At the top of your browser - Go to:
- Tools » Internet Options
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click Sites located in the settings section
- Enter www.v1sports.com in the website address box
- Click Allow
- Click OK until you have successfully exited Internet Options
- Refresh the page and try to login again
Mozilla Firefox Users:
At the top of your browser - Go to:
- Tools » Options
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click Exceptions located in the cookies section
- Enter www.v1sports.com in the website address box
- Click Allow
- Click Close then OK to exit Options
- Refresh the page and try to login again
Safari Users:
At the top of your browser - Go to:
- Settings » Preferences
- Click the Security tab
- First be sure that Block Pop-up Windows is unchecked
- Then either accept cookies Always or Only from sites I visit
- Exit Preferences
- Refresh the page and try to login again
